The guests explained how brain signals are translated into the digital realm, how thoughts can control devices, the potential for treating neurological conditions, and the broader ethical and societal implications. Participants included Prof. Dr. Aleš Holobar, Dr. Tanja Botić, Dr. Matej Kramberger (FERI, University of Maribor), Dr. Ciaran McGeady (Imperial College London), and Prof. Dr. Gregor Geršak (FE, University of Ljubljana). The HybridNeuro project was also presented, highlighting its R&D activities and long-term impacts in the field of human-machine interfaces.
