At the 56th International Trade and Entrepreneurship Fair (MOS 2024) in Celje, the HybridNeuro project was presented at the “Intersection of Science and Business” corner, organised by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation's initiative. The Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Maribor won second prize for innovation, while the event showcased over 50 innovations and attracted great interest from students and professionals alike. Hybrid Neuro stood out, offering visitors a glimpse into the future of human-machine communication.

This year, the “Intersection of Science and Business” corner focused on digitalisation, digital transformation, new business models, Industry 4.0, and the emerging Industry 5.0 and Society 5.0. Science. Advanced technologies, innovations, and products from various fields were presented, offering examples of successful partnerships and developments in areas like mechatronics, robotics, IT, nanotechnology, and space technologies. Each year, the “Intersection of Science and Business” corner plays a key role in highlighting Slovenia's scientific achievements and fostering stronger connections between academia and industry. For several years, it is led by Mr. Janez Škrlec, developer of "bionic head" technological platform.
